  1. Imendo Product Owner & Project Lead Nov 2023 – Apr 2025

    Worked with public sector customers on requirements and drove delivery with the development team.

    • HyzDok

      Digital operations planning for the hygiene center of the City of Vienna. It records staff skills, vehicles and addresses, sends job details to field workers' tablets and syncs changes in real time, replacing paper for around 50 staff and 30,000 operations a year.

    • Tuberculosis patient digitalization

      Digitalized how MA 15, the public health service of the City of Vienna, handles tuberculosis patients.

    • Bürgsys

      An internal app for general requests from citizens to the Austrian Federal Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection (BMASGPK). Requests arrive through the ministry's contact form, and the team answers them or delegates them internally.

    • AI knowledge system

      A retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system for internal use at the City of Vienna, which also serves as a backbone for WienKI, the city's generative AI platform for its staff.

  3. A1 Telekom Austria Requirements Engineer & Software Developer Feb 2017 – Jun 2021

    Part of the Handy Parken team as requirements engineer and iOS developer.

    • Handy Parken mobile redesign

      Redesign of the Handy Parken app, which A1 runs with the City of Vienna to pay for short-term parking in all 23 districts by app or SMS.
