MTG Mate

What it is

MTG Mate is a companion app for Magic: The Gathering on iPhone and iPad. It tracks life for up to six players, including poison, energy and Commander damage, with a round counter, game clock, dice and a random player picker.

Card search covers prices, printings and Oracle text in ten card languages, and decks can be built for Commander, Standard, Modern and other formats with format checks, stats and a Commander strength estimate. Decks import from and export to Archidekt, Moxfield and Manabox. Optional cloud sync signs in by email link, keeps the library in step across devices and on the web, and powers a friends list with a trade ledger.

Why it exists

A game night usually needs dice, scrap paper and a handful of browser tabs. MTG Mate puts the things a player reaches for during a match into one quick app that works without an account.
