Interleaf

What it is

Interleaf is a flashcard app for iPhone that asks you to recall what you learned just before you would forget it. Notes become cards in four types (basic, reversed, cloze and type-in) and the FSRS-6 memory model schedules them, with a target retention and daily limits per deck.

One button starts an interleaved session that mixes due cards from every deck, and each card needs a single decision: hard or easy. Notes support Markdown and images, and the whole collection exports as a file.

Why it exists

Most flashcard apps lean on streaks, badges and a wall of grading buttons. Interleaf keeps retrieval first and stays calm: no accounts, no tracking and no network requests, with everything stored on the device.
